7.50 euros per person if on self-catering tariff (included in all B&B rates)

Paella - traditional rice dish with chicken & mixed seafood

Chicken braised in a chorizo & white bean broth, served with rosemary potatoes

Rosada con Patatas - a layered fish pie with sliced potatoes, bacon & salsa verde

Estofado Marruecos - a spicy Moroccan beef tagine, with chickpeas, apricots & sultanas

Pinchitos de Pollo - spicy chicken skewers served with 'patatas a lo pobre' and roasted mediterranean vegetables

Selection of Tapas - figs with blue cheese, serrano ham with chickpeas & garlic, patatas a lo pobre, meatballs with mushrooms,

tomato, parsley & garlic salad

At Vista del Torcal we have numerous fruit trees (plum, fig, avocado, cherry, apple, almond, orange & lemon) and an allotment growing a variety of vegetables, all organically maintained. We also have five hens in the garden providing fresh eggs. We use as much of this home-grown produce as we possibly can in our menus.

10m x 5m swimming pool with sunbeds, parasols and pool towels provided for guest use.

Gardens

Landscaped garden with a large lawn, fruit trees, vegetable patch, and various seating areas. The gardens provide open areas for great views of the surrounding hills and shadier spots for birdwatching.
